Leftover suckling pig recipes
Does anyone have any ideas for leftover roasted suckling pig? I'd hate to waste it, but I can't think of what to do with it.

Try a Cuban sandwich with mustard, mayo and sliced dill pickle. Grill.
Sometimes I do a stir fry with just ginger and green onion, and a sauce made of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. Gets the pork crispy and caramelized.
