I prefer pan sauces for talapia, but a chimichurri sauce is good on grilled fish. It's garlic, flat leaf parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flake, salt and pepper; sometimes a touch of cumin. (think a pesto type sauce).
Very similar to the gremolata Mr_Vittles mentioned.
Try your favorite fruit salsa .... maybe some chopped mango, red onion, cucumber some rice wine vinegar and splash of good olive oil.
