The Anadama bread recipe from the Silver Palate is DELICIOUS!!! I never use creamed corn though -yuck, I put fresh/frozen organic homegrown corn into the measuring cup and cover it in cream for the substitute. I will post my recipe variation soon on my blog :) www.saucyvermont.com
