I add it in braises right before the liquid is added - it adds a subtle tang and livens up an ordinary stew. But be careful - you can add too much!

I also did a quick search on Amazon and it's available there. (It's one of my favourite ingredients so I'm a bit of an evangelist about it)
I cut this article out of a new york times 2 years ago and still haven't been able to find pomegranate molasses to try it yet: let us know how it tastes!
