can i use regular quinoa or do i need red?

i am so excited by that recipe with the yogurt that i want to know if i can make it this very minute...i don't have red quinoa in the cupboard. oh balls...

The red looks more dramatic, but white will taste and function just the same.

Of course you can. You could also use black quinoa.
