I have a question about the recipe "Short Ribs with Beer and Buckwheat Honey" from merrill.
Can't find buckwheat honey. What honey would be similar?

I have never made this recipe, so I can't say for certain, but I would bet that you could substitute any other good quality honey you have around and though the flavor would be a little different, it would still be delicious.
