I have a question about the ingredient "Ras el Hanout" on the recipe "Mediterranean Grilled Flatbread" from hardlikearmour.
hardlikearmour is a trusted home cook.
Ras el Hanout is a Moroccan spice blend. I used the blend from World Spice Merchants. http://www.worldspice.com.... If you can't find it you could substitute Garam Masala.
There are also recipes floating around on the internet.
