Out of eggs, and in the middle of a biscotti recipe! Any substitute?

I'd probably agree that the safest bet is to get the eggs. Alternatively, you can look for a vegan biscotti recipe or a vegan substitute for eggs. I've never done either, so I can't vouch for anything more specific.
