What kind of sauce works well with lobster and black truffle ravioli?

Per the above comments, just clarified butter with or without garlic. You don't want to mask the flavor of lobster and truffle with something creamy or cheesy.

My instinct is to say just butter and garlic, to let the true lobster flavor shine.
