Anyone ever used black truffle salt in a pumpkin pie recipe?

No, but it sounds intriguing.
There are many recipes out there for (savory) squash with truffle oil or truffles (if you have the budget), including some nutmeg.
If you make this as a dessert, maybe reduce the other spices and halve the sugar to let the truffle taste come through.
Or you could make it all savory, as a side dish.
For either dish, consider mushrooms as a garnish - candied for the dessert, sauteed for the savory side.
Please let us know what you cook and how it turns out :)
