There are many recipes out there for (savory) squash with truffle oil or truffles (if you have the budget), including some nutmeg.
If you make this as a dessert, maybe reduce the other spices and halve the sugar to let the truffle taste come through.
Or you could make it all savory, as a side dish.
For either dish, consider mushrooms as a garnish - candied for the dessert, sauteed for the savory side.
