A question about a recipe: Strawberry Yogurt Cake for a Party

I have a question about step 3 on the recipe "Strawberry Yogurt Cake for a Party" from ChezSuzanne. It says:
In ingredients it says baking powder. Which is it? Powder or soda?

"Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and whisk together very well to distribute the baking soda through the flour. "

I hope CS will step in on this one, but I'd suspect baking soda is correct based on the number of acidic ingredients in the recipe.
