A question about a recipe: Mango Tarragon Vinaigrette with Pickled Green Peppercorns

This looks so delicious, but I haven't any balsamic vinegar on hand. (I have about 8 other kinds, however.) What should I use instead? Thanks so much. ;o)

It will work with cider or even rice vinegar which produces a brighter color. I would use less rice vinegar and increase the amount of water if that is the case.
