i want to make peach gelees which calls for liquid pectin, can i substitute with powdered pectin?

I want to make these peach gelees as shown here http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/search?q=peach+gelee

However I only have powdered pectin. Will the flavor or consistency be messed up if I substitute?
