i want to make peach gelees which calls for liquid pectin, can i substitute with powdered pectin?

I want to make these peach gelees as shown here http://foodwishes.blogspot...

However I only have powdered pectin. Will the flavor or consistency be messed up if I substitute?

No you can sub powdered pectin for liquid. Here's a link for ratios:
