Help! Making Burnt Caramel Pudding. No vanilla bean. How to sub vanilla, if poss? Thank you!

Stir in a teaspoon or two of vanilla extract instead.

Or if no vanilla extract, you could use almond extract or use 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Would be different, but still delicious!
