To the left of the recipe, there is a button that says "Save This Recipe" (should be right beneath the I Want To Eat This! button). If you click this, it will save the recipe to your account, and you should be able to access it by clicking My Recipes in the upper left hand corner of any page on the site. Hope this helps!
Actually, My Recipes brings you to the recipes that you have posted on the site (if you have). If you just click on your name, on the left you will see Recipes Saved -- click on it -- there you will find all the recipes you saved.
