Any ideas for what to serve at a cocktail party for 10? Needs to be simple and easy to put together after work tomorrow. Thanks.

This fennel white bean dip with rosemary is amazing. You can have all the elements ready the night before and then just pop it in the oven http://food52.com/recipes...
And these walnuts from AJ are always a hit http://food52.com/recipes... - you slow roast them at 150 F for 12 - 15 hours so another thing you can do the night before and let them roast while sleeping.

Slice cucumbers, spread with a chive cream cheese and top with some smoked salmon. Add a small piece of dill, if you like.

For these types of parties, I'm always a big fan of crostinis with multiple toppings. At that point, the sky is the limit to what kind of flavors you want. Also pairs perfectly with wine and coctails. Here are a few, very quick, ideas for crostini toppings.
-Bruschetta
-Hummus, arugula and thinly sliced red onions marinated in balsamic vinegar and a pinch of sugar.
-ricotta cheese, prosciutto
-cream cheese and smoked salmon
A simple recipe search could yield you thousands of other ideas.
