Sam is a trusted home cook.
If they aren't very fresh remove the 'string' on them.
A light sautee in a pan with some water and bit of butter to steam fry them. Finish with a touch of soy sauce and a drop or two of sesame oil.
They don't need a very long cooking...just a couple of mins tossed in a pan..
A touch of mayo flavored with wasabi is a nice serving suggestion.
(And the creamiest, too.)
