If you're of the female persuasion, bloating can often simply be water retention from normal monthly hormonal cycles. There are foods which have a natural diuretic effect - such as cucumber or melon.

Can you isolate what causes the bloating? Possibilities include lactose or gluten intolerance, excessive sugar and other refined carbs, yeast, incomplete digestion, some medications... -- You can eliminate suspected foods, get tested for medical conditions, check with your doctor it you are on medications.
You can check your pH for acid/alkaline imbalance. A health food store can help you with supplies. Also, onsider drinking cider vinegar in water.
