Pro is no silk. Negative is no flavor. I peel/de-silk mine, roll in a mixture of 1 stk of butter,melted, 1 clove garlic minced and 1 tsp ea. basil and oregano with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
