I made some recently by dipping leaves in olive oil then putting into the oven (on a silpat) with a sprinkle of sea salt. They turned out "okay" but oily. Next time (here is the suggestion....) I would spray with Pam to reduce the excess oil that comes with dipping into a saucer of oil.
After all is said and done, they are a nice pre-dinner snack.
