How do I store kale chips?

I'd go for option one or two above! They just don't keep in my experience. Even in an airtight container, they get limp.

Option one: in your tummy.

Option two: in someone elses tummy.

Option three: allow to cool completely then store in an airtight container where they won't get too badly crushed. I usually keep mine at room temp, though they have never lasted more than 3 days due to eating.

Oh great, now I want kale chips.
