If I made a pot of mashed potatoes with a tiny (like a few drops) of truffle oil, can I save the leftovers? I know plain mashed potatoes are fine, but I haven't used truffle oil that much and have never had leftovers. Will it taste different the next day? Would it smell worse/stronger?
