Leftover mussel broth

I made a big pot of mussels today and there is a lot of delicious leftover broth. Is there anything I can use this for?

You can use it as a broth for fish or shellfish chowder or as the base for a pasta sauce or paella.

I'd say make bouillabaise! At the very least save it by putting it in a freezer-safe container and freeze it for the next time you want to make a seafood soup :)
