I need to use about a pound of black beans in a dish. Any ideas? Was kind of hoping for a crock pot recipe.

Ina garten recipe for guacamole salad. It includes black bean and avocado etc and is good. If you like coriander/cilantro it lifts up the salad to another level. You won't be disappointed
