I soaked my beans my pinto beans overnight in a pot in the refrig that came out black is it okay for me to cook them

Dried beans of any sort are typically soaked at room temperature, and I always use stainless steel bowls to soak them. My first question would be what sort of pot you used to soak yours, but that aside, if they or their water have turned black, that would be reason enough for me to discard them and start over.
