What iS the measurement / quantity for lemons in farro salad with mushrooms? It says 2 lemon juice but does not specify the measurement.

Take 2 medium lemons and juice 'em. Then add results to recipe. Don't sweat the small stuff worse case it's slightly lemony

Not the recipe writer but I'd suggest it's to taste, based on "2 lemons, juiced" - 1/4 cup of lemon juice can have different sweet/sour qualities depending on the lemon itself, so just add it till it tastes good :)
