Looking for a pumpkin pancake recipe

Google Annie's Eats pumpkin pancakes. I love everything I make from her site. I tried the curvy carrot's pumpkin pancakes last week and it was an epic fail. My fault, but whipping up the egg whites separately just didn't work.

Last year... I tried to make pumpkin pancakes and they turned out pretty well. I took a traditional pancake recipe and whisked together one part pumpkin one part milk for the liquid that was called for... Sprinkle a little cinnamon and nutmeg over the flour before sifting and all is good!
