How long can wheat, bread, and/or pastry flour be kept if refrigerated?
Amanda is a co-founder of Food52.
Several months, but I wouldn't recommend keeping flours in the fridge. They'll absorb some of the humidity, and won't behave the same as a flour stored in a cool, dry place.
