Got some anisette for a recipe. Now I have most of a bottle left and don't know what to do with the rest. What are some other good uses for it?

It makes a nice last minute glaze to sauteed carrots and other sweet root veggies,like sweet potatoes ,etc.

I make salmon in parchment paper and season it with onions, garlic, lemon, herbs and a splash of anisette. You could also add some to sauces if you want to boost the flavor of fennel.
My dad put anisette in his espresso - its a winner.
