uses for anisette

Got some anisette for a recipe. Now I have most of a bottle left and don't know what to do with the rest. What are some other good uses for it?

I make salmon in parchment paper and season it with onions, garlic, lemon, herbs and a splash of anisette. You could also add some to sauces if you want to boost the flavor of fennel.
