I've got all this tempered chocolate! What should I do with it?

I used some to cover some strawberries but I've got some left over.

Chocolate truffles! Add heated heavy cream to Melt it, add liqueur...let rest....scoop into balls and dip in more chocolate :-) or just eat it!
Or melt white chocolate and pour on top, cover with crushed candy canes and voila...bark!
