I have a question about step 4 on the recipe "Smoky Fried Chickpeas" from Aliwaks. It says: "remove from oil, drain well over colander/sieve, add garlic, fry till golden." cooking instruction

If you look at the photo's you can see what is meant, the instructions are a bit confusing but according to the pictures step four would be slicing and frying the garlic separately, then you would add to the already fried chickpea's
