I have a question about step 4 on the recipe "Smoky Fried Chickpeas" from Aliwaks. It says:
"remove from oil, drain well over colander/sieve, add garlic, fry till golden."Do we fry the chickpeas a second time here?"

I think the instruction only refers to the garlic.
Yes, it's just talking about the garlic--I have made these and they are always a hit.
