Since Bond is British (actually half Scot, half Swiss - according to Ian Fleming who created him), so I would go with a good roast beef, hot mustard instead of horseradish, mashed potato and/or turnip. Haggis - definite. For the Swiss part, some melted swiss cheese on baguette slices to start, serious chocolate to finish.
