Do I have to put anything inside the turkey?

I like quartering some oranges or clementines and roasting with those in the cavity. Some fresh rosemary branches are good too. Just be sure not to forget to remove the plastic packet of giblets first.

Nothing is fine. Or peel 2 onions, 3 potatoes, 2 stalks of celery and stick them inside. A carrot if you like. Cook turkey. You can use the inside vegetables to make a gravy if you like, or serve with the turkey as is ---someone will love them.

No you don't. An unstuffed turkey is just as delicious as a stuffed one. You can fill the turkey cavity with some herbs or seasoning for added flavor
