I adapted my Mom's recipe for meatloaf, it's simple and delicious and actually won the Whole Foods Meatloaf Contest http://food52.com/recipes/14924_meatloaf_plain_and_simple

Oh, yes! That is a great meatloaf, too. I've made it with ground turkey in place of the beef and pork.
