Why not? Freeze them in a single layer on a cookie sheet for a few houts; then immediately transfer to a freezer bag and freezer again. When ready to reheat, preheat the oven to around 400F, transfer the frozen sff to a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake until they're hot and crisp.
