A good recipe for sourdough crackers?

I'm looking for more things to cook with my sourdough starter. I have an all rye flour starter that is very active. I thought why not make crackers.

Anyone know a good recipe for sourdough crackers? A basic recipe that is easily modified for different moods would be great - or maybe one that I can use to use up the last of the blue cheese in the back of the fridge.

Don't see why you can't use either butter or lard. Here's one that uses lard, http://www.kitchenstewardship.com/2010/03/08/sourdough-recipes-galore-whole-wheat-crackers/

2 replies gone into the ether. Yes, I believe you can use lard or butter.

There seems to be a gremlin in the internet today eating posts. We must all go and bake more so that the gremlin can fill up on bread and crackers, and not have any room for posts.

Thanks for the recipe. Any ideas if using rendered lard (as in home made lard) would taste okay? I don't really like the way vegi oils taste when cooked at high temperatures. Or maybe butter would be better?
