I'm making caramel and I accidentally mixed in the milk with the sugar before I put it on the heat. Your suppose to put water. Should I throw

I never heat my milk, but I do use a bit of corn syrup. But yes, just start over.

Yes, it's easy enough to start over. Be sure to heat the cream/milk before adding it to the caramel.
