What foods have the power to fight candida?
Apparently, garlic, onions, shallots, german chamomile, rosemary and aloe vera(the leaf) have anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that will kill candida. Also active culture yogurt will help maintain go intestinal microflora to prevent the candida flare-ups.
... and make sure that you avoid all types of sugars/starches. It's not only about eating the foods that fight candida, you also need to eliminate the foods that feed it.
