I have a 13.49 pound fresh turkey, it is covered and unstuffed, should i start out cooking at a high temperature and if so what and then after 1 hour lower it, and how long will it take to cook.

I'd just cook it at 325 all the way, turning heat up at the end if it needs more browsing. Or I am having reall good results lately using a high heat 500F for a shorter cooking time.
