I do 400° F for about 45 minutes.
Oof but that's for about a 4 pound breast—hopefully it gives you a place to start, though! Happy turkeying.

I have better luck cooking turkey breast a little slower. 325 for about 20-25 minutes per lb. Take it out when it reaches 160f. Jeffrey Zacharian says 150f, but I'm not as gutsy as he is.
