Does anyone know where to find black polenta? I had it when we were in Puglia and want to make it.

Black polenta uses buckwheat flour, which is available online if you can't find it at a grocer near you. Rebecca Wood has a recipe for Polenta Nera in her book The Splendid Grain (an internet search should pull up the recipe).
