I want to make black pudding for my Scottish husband for Christmas. Anyone have a good recipe or tips. The recipes I have seen online say mixed herbs/spices, not sure what spices to mix.

It's an Irish site, and may not be exactly the Scottish way, but it's a place to start.
My grandmother used to make this (Eastern European) but she is long gone. None of us liked it and so we did not learn how to make it. My uncle longs for it...
