I typically do 350 for 15 minutes and then when its done I'll pull one out, cut to see the center if its white or pink and go from there. If Pink center, cook an additional 6 minutes.

350 degrees for 15 minutes sounds like a good starting point. Check one at its center with a thermometer (http://thesolitarycook...) in the middle of the baking sheet or pan; when it registers 165 degrees, they're done.
