Too much cayenne! What do I do?

Or, depending on what it is, serve with sour cream, yogurt, or heavy cream drizzled over.

Is it too much cayenne that it ruined the meal? Would it be possible to double the recipe to level out the cayenne?

If that's not possible, I'd suck it up with a big glass of milk and enjoy the sweat. ;)
