I recently acquired this lovely baking vessel and other than a crisp or crumble, I haven't baked much in it. What sweet stuff can I do up in this?

A fruit cobbler, a baked rice pudding, an old fashioned baked Indian Pudding (more of a winter thing, but hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so good. This dessert needs a revival.)
