It depends how many cups the cake batter yields. A 9"x2" cake pan holds 8 cups of batter. If you're recipes calls for 2 - then it's 16 cups. a 10" bundt holds only 12 cups batter. So if you need to use the bundt then you may have batter left over. Maybe you could make cup cakes with what's left

Do you have a 13- by 9- inch pan? I'd go with that instead. The resulting cake will be slightly thicker, and probably take an extra 5 or so minutes to bake. Bundt cakes usually take 45-60 minutes to bake. Also if you don't have the flour included pan spray like Baker's Joy, mix a tablespoon of melted butter with a tablespoon of flour and brush it in the bundt pan to prevent sticking.

A bundt pan will obviously take longer because it is deeper than a conventional cake pan. That said, it also has that lovely tunnel up the center, which helps it conduct heat well through the center of the cake. Begin by adding 12 to 15 minutes to the given bake time, test it for doneness, then add time in 5 minute increments from then on.
