Make your own chinese five spice blend thusly:
1 tsp. ground Szechwan pepper
1 tsp. ground star anise
1-1/4 tsp. ground fennel seeds
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Making your own allows you to control the heat and taste.
Not knowing what you are using it for, my answer would be, "doubtful". Allspice is not a blend of spices it's a single berry. Chinese Five Spice is a blend of five spices including hot peppercorns.
