Grape-pineapple ice cream

I remember this as a child from the ice cream shop next to our church. I can't find a recipe that looks close. Does anyone know of one?

copykatchat.com has a grape-pineapple ice cream recipe that I, too, remember being my favorite as a child at an ice cream store in Griffin, GA. Going to make this weekend.

It does seem like a tough flavor combination to find a recipe for. What about starting with a grape ice cream recipe that looks similar and adding in pineapple (or vice versa)? Maybe this one? http://www.marthastewart.com/284494/concord-grape-swirl-ice-cream
