Making a meringue roulade with cream and raspberry filling. Advice on refrigeration? Can I make the day before? How long can it sit, and sit out, before consumption? Thanks!

You can make it a day before but I would keep it chilled before serving. It's best eaten when it's cold. The filling will start to ooze as it warms up
